Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders $300 and above. A $9.95 shipping fee applies to all other orders.

Shipping Methods

All orders are sent within Australia using Australia Post and TNT. Via Express post or Express road courier.

Please Note – Due to the remote circumstances of some postcodes the item ordered might take a little longer than the estimated time given.

Shipping is estimated to be between 1-7 days depending on location relative to our dispatch location in Newcastle. Delivery is generally within 24hrs for all capital cities on the east coast of Australia.

These are estimates only & do NOT include weekends or public holidays.

We DO NOT ship outside Australia!

Order Processing Times

For all stocked goods we strive to maintain shipment within 24 hours of payment receipt.

Orders are dispatched from our Newcastle location every business day (Monday to Friday)

No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or NSW Public Holidays.

Order Tracking

Customers will be emailed a tracking number when their order has been shipped.

This allows the order to be tracked online at www.eparcel.com.au or via www.tnt.com/country/en_au.html during transit.
