Returns

DRIFT BIKES will refund the full purchase price of the returned goods on the following terms:

• You must advise DRIFT BIKES of the intent to return via email within 7 days of invoice date.
• The goods must be returned within 7 days of notification of the return.
• Goods must be in original packaging and not opened, used or damaged.
• A Photocopy of the original receipt must be included with the returned item.
• Goods that are returned due to a customers incorrect choice of colour or size will be obliged to pay for the original freight charge on the goods (if any) and will incur a 10% restocking fee of item price.
• No refund will be given to goods that are special orders or items not usually in stock or on sale.
• DVDs will only be exchanged if original seal/packaging is in tact and original condition.
